Easy salad that always impresses:

3 medium grated carrots
1 grated beetroot
2 or 3 sliced figs

Combine in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. You can add feta cheese too (goat or cow) for extra flavour and presentation.

YUM.

All out of my garden today for my lunch.
