4 cucumbers
3 teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons vinegar
6 tablespoons sugar
a dash of pepper
chili, finely sliced to taste

Mix every thing together, put in the fridge overnight.
Put into sterile jars......enjoy!

Great way to prolong the storage life of those excess cucumbers that we always seem to end up with in Summer

I love pickled cucumbers! Reminds me of sitting down with my dad on our balcony when I was a kid and eating them and cheese on crackers. Thank you for the recipe. I will try this. Very Happy
