| Hello people.
I am fairly new to the sustainable living idea and have plans to become self sufficient over the next few years. Saving to buy land and to work it enough that i have my own crops and to live off the grid.
I want to do this without huge overheads (except the land) in 10 years I hope to have the property running to is full capability.
I hope to be educated and advised on the journey that I will be going through and any advice would help.

| Hi Lucid, A big warm WELCOME aboard. It is lovely to have some new members jumping on and to see that there are people out there who are in love with the idea of self sufficiency and creating a healthier place to live. I'd love to know where you are from too. It would be great to get groups together IRL when the boards have more members. Looking forward to sharing your dreams and watching them come into fruition. | Hello Lucid,
Welcome to the website. The quality of people here so far is great in terms of breadth of skill and knowledge. I am really excited at the thought of there being a hundred of us on here all talking about our daily experiences.
To be honest all this talk of farms is making me think about upsizing. Did I really write that? Yes I think I did. He he he he. | |
